9 Year Old Girl Bowls 300 game, Sets New U.S Record
A 9-year-old girl from Seminole, Fla., has become the youngest U.S. Bowling Congress member to roll a “certified 300 game” — 12 consecutive strikes.
Hannah Diem has become the youngest person to bowl a 300 game. She started her league warming up with two games, scores of 204 and 226, before rolling her perfect 300 game on Sunday.
Hannah’s age at the time: 9 years, 6 months and 19 days. She broke the previous record for youngest perfect game bowler, defeating a boy who was 10 when he bowled his perfect game in 2006.
For the bowlers out there who may be wondering, Hannah uses a 12-pound bowling ball.
