Returns

We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging
• Original packaging must be shipped in a protective box or material
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs plus insurance

Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for return.

Exchanges

We offer a 60-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you’d like to exchange a non-defective product for a different item:

• Customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways (plus insurance)
• Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging
• Original packaging must be shipped in a protective box or material
• Any price differences will be charged or credited accordingly

Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for exchange.

Defective Products & Warranty Claims

If your product is defective and you need to file a warranty claim:

• Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs to our warehouse
• If the defect warrants a claim within the warranty period, we will ship a replacement free of charge (contiguous US)
• If the original product is unavailable, we’ll ship a similar product of equivalent value
• If no suitable replacement is available, you’ll receive a credit for the original purchase price

Damaged Items Received

If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery – this is your responsibility to inspect merchandise promptly
Contact us with:
   – Description of the damage
   – Photos of the damage (include shipping box if damaged during shipping)
   – Your order number
   – Phone number and best time to reach you
